Stakeholders Exercising Caution In Rollout Of Covid-19 “Wonder Drug”

The SA Health Products Regulatory Authority (Sahpra) has granted the availability of Covid-19 “wonder drug”, Ivermectin, but stakeholders are asking for caution over its roll-out to the public.

“As the new data becomes available, the sub-committee will, on an ongoing basis, review and amend the recommendations accordingly. In the meantime, we discourage the use of ivermectin.”

China No Longer Recognising UK Passport For Entry Into Hong Kong

China said on Friday that they will “no longer recognise” the UK overseas passport as Britain opens its borders to millions of residents from its former colony, following security restrictions imposed by Beijing.

“From January 31, China will no longer recognise the so-called BNO passport as a travel document and ID document, and reserves the right to take further actions.”

A witness testifying before the Zondo commission revealed on Friday that members of special ops were involved in the affairs of the Nasrec conference that elected Cyril Ramaphosa as ANC leader.
