100 New Year’s Resolutions For A New Decade

It’s 2020, and you know what that means: social media feeds cluttered with selfies accompanied by #NewYearNewMe, a suddenly over-crowded cardio section at the gym, and ambitious lists of resolutions for the year ahead. These are just a few ideas you can use to make short- and long-term changes to your life this year, or this decade. Choose the ones you like, adapt them to suit you, and follow through. Remember, your resolutions should be a commitment to yourself. We all want other people to commit to us, and keep their promises to us, but we often forget to commit to ourselves. See this as a way to treat yourself with the love and respect you deserve, and have fun with it. Happy new year everyone,

from the Essential Millennial.
